From Burnout to Balance 

For most of my adult life, I’ve been passionate about movement—first through exercise, later through yoga, and always with an eye on long-term health. In my 30s, yoga became more than just a physical practice; it gave me mental clarity, balance, and resilience, which carried into my professional life.

 

For two decades, I worked in Product Design in corporate and tech businesses, thriving in fast-paced environments. But in my early 40s, the pressure caught up with me. Chronic stress and burnout became the norm, and my own health took a backseat. It was a wake-up call—I knew I needed to take action, not just for now, but for the future.

That realisation led me to make a change. I stepped away from my career to focus on what I had always valued: good nutrition, keeping active, and optimising health for the long term. Health coaching was the perfect fit, combining my passion for well-being with my drive to support others in high-performing roles.

Now, I help busy professionals regain control of their health—so they can perform at their best today while building a strong foundation for the years ahead.
