Jump on a call with me to discuss your health goals and your lifestyle. Use this call to see if Health Coaching is the right approach for you. You'll also take away some tips to start you on your health journey.

Once you join the programme we'll set up time to talk every week. In the first session I assess where you are and where you want to be from a health and wellness perspective - and then we’ll start working together on making sustainable change.

You’ll get personalised coaching and accountability throughout the programme, as well as information and guidance needed to help you achieve your goals. I’ll be there to encourage, challenge and support you throughout your journey.

By focusing on mindset, values and barriers, in addition to nutrition and exercise, you’ll be implementing lasting habits that fit with your individual lifestyle. Working on all of these areas together will help you get sustainable results.
